เปิด Outlook แล้ว Send & Receive Error

Error แจ้งว่า SMTP server name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80042109)

หมายถึง กรอก SMTP Server, Port  ผิด หรือ Server มีปัญหา  

วิธีแก้ไขคือ ให้ตรวจสอบ SMTP ที่ Outgoing Mail ว่าใส่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ ที่ถูกต้องคือ smtp.mailmaster.co.th หากถูกต้องแล้วแต่ยัง Error อยู่ ให้แจ้ง Support ของ Mail Master เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบในขั้นต่อไป

 

Error แจ้งว่า Task 'SMTP server name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80042109): 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact the server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

หมายถึง Internet ที่ใช้งานอยู่ปัจจุบันไม่สามารถเข้าถึง Outlook ได้

วิธีแก้ไขคือ ตรวจสอบระบบ Internet ว่าสามารถใช้งานได้ปรกติหรือไม่ หรือตรวจสอบตัว Scan Virus ว่ามีการ Block หรือไม่ หากตรวจสอบแล้วว่า Internet สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปรกติและไม่โดนตัว Scan Virus Block ให้แจ้ง Support ของ Mail Master เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบว่า IP internet ที่ใช้งานอยู่ปัจจุบัน อาจโดน Ban จากทางระบบของ Mail Master  เนื่องจาก IP internet ที่ใช้งานอยู่มีการ Login ผิดซ้ำเกิน 5 ครั้งหรือมีการส่งอีเมลแบบผิดๆ หลายครั้งเกินไป ให้แจ้ง Support ของ Mail Master  เพื่อทำการ Unban ให้ IP นั้นๆ
